Susanna Camusso, head of the CGIL
trade union federation, says that a joint demonstration with
CISL and UIL will be held on May 1 in Ragusa.
The Sicilian city was chosen to honour migrant rights, she
said.
As well, the CGIL join the FIOM, led by Maurizio Landini,
at a protest on March 28, said Camusso.
The two had met earlier in the week to discuss coordination
on social policy committee, while Camusso insisted that the CGIL
was not interested in being a political organization.
