Italy will present proposals for 1,000 investment projects in five sectors with a combined value of over 10 billion euros to the European Union on November 14, Economy Minister Pier Carlo Padoan said on Thursday. Among the proposals will be investments in ultra broadband networks and a high-speed train link between Naples and Bari in southern Italy, he said.
