The home side were well organised at caused Juve plenty of trouble, but the Turin giants prevailed thanks to an Andrea Pirlo free kick in the 89th minute.
Juve now have a 17-point lead over second-placed Roma, who, however, have two games in hand, including Monday's home match against Udinese.

AC Milan's form crisis continued when they slumped to their fourth consecutive defeat in all competitions with a 4-2 loss to sixth-placed Parma.
Milan, who had to play almost all the match in 10 after goalkeeper Christian Abbiati got sent off and conceded the penalty for Parma's opener on five minutes, are 11th with 35 points, 40 points behind Juve.
Premier Matteo Renzi watched his favourite team Fiorentina beat Chievo Verona 3-1 in Florence to stay in fourth-place.
Inter, who are one point behind Fiorentina in fifth, won 2-0 at Verona on Saturday.
