Renzi lashes out at Grillo for Mussolini comparison (ANSA) - Rome, March 5 - Premier Matteo Renzi lashed out at Beppe Grillo, the head of the anti-establishment 5-Star Movement, on Wednesday after the comic-turned-politician likened the premier's campaign to visit schools to Fascist-era initiatives by Benito Mussolini. "Beppe Grillo is nervous. He doesn't want me going into schools. He'd like me locked up in the palace. But I'm with the students, the teachers, the families and the mayors. While his people are outside yelling with (neo-Fascist group) Forza Nuova.

Tell me who you're with and I'll tell you who you are!" posted Renzi on his Facebook page. Grillo, the head of Italy's second-largest single party, compared Renzi to Mussolini, who also made visits to schools, on his blog, the fulcrum of his Internet-based movement. On Wednesday Renzi was greeted by children at a school in Siracusa, Sicily, who sang him a song, which Grillo mocked by posting the lyrics to his blog.
