Costa managers 'probed over Concordia tampering' (ANSA) - Grosseto, February 25 - Prosecutors in the Tuscan city of Grosseto have opened a probe into Costa Cruises managers over alleged tampering of the bridge of the wreck of the Costa Concordia, judicial sources said Tuesday. Signs that the bridge may have been tampered with emerged during an inspection on January 23 of the ship, which was set upright in September after capsizing off the Tuscan island of Giglio in January 2012 in a disaster that claimed 32 lives. The sources said at least two Costa employees were being probed and a number of searches for evidence had been carried out in Genoa and other cities.
