NO-TAV militants' letter also sent to ANSA in Bologna, Rome (see previous).

(ANSA) - Rome, February 19 - A letter from a militant group saying it has issued "death sentences" on officials protecting the contested TAV high-speed rail line between Turin and Lyon was sent to ANSA offices in Bologna and Rome as well as Turin.

The letters from the Nuclei Operativi Armati (NOA) has Turin postmarks.

The so-called NO-TAV movement has been protesting against the line in the Susa valley north of Turin for years.
