Renzi 'embarassed' for Grillo after heated talks (see related) (ANSA) - Rome, February 19 - Premier-designate Matteo Renzi said he was "embarassed" for Beppe Grillo, head of the anti-establishment 5-Star Movement (M5S), after government-formation talks on Wednesday. Renzi ended the talks abruptly after only a few minutes as Grillo did not allow him to speak without interruptions that degenerated into shouting. Grillo called the meetings a farce beforehand, but he was forced to go after M5S members voted to send him by a slim margin in an online vote. "I saw the embarassed faces of his followers," added Renzi.
