Fast govt talks needed, says Napolitano (ANSA) - Rome, February 14 - President Giorgio Napolitano said Friday that he was holding a round of consultations with parties on forming a new government "in the shortest time possible" after Enrico Letta quit as premier. He said this was opportune given the "delicate economic period" Italy is in and the need for a new election law and other reforms.
