Ban has pledged to 'intervene in marines case' (ANSA) - Rome, February 13 - United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon "guaranteed me comprehension and assured he would subsequently take action with the Indian authorities" over the case of two Italian marines facing terrorism charges in India for allegedly killing two fishermen, Foreign Minister Emma Bonino told the Senate Thursday.
