Ban Ki-moon 'worried' about piracy precedent in marines case (see related) (ANSA) - New York, February 13 - United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is "worried" about the case of two Italian anti-piracy marines facing murder charges in India, and "fears it could have some repercussions on anti-piracy security operations and the rule of law," spokesman Martin Nesirky said when asked by ANSA on Thursday.
