Italy 'reserves right to act' if India uses terrorism law (see related) (ANSA) - Rome, February 10 - The Italian government on Monday "reserved the right to take any action" necessary after prosecutors in India confirmed they wished to charge two Italian marines with terrorism for the alleged murder of two Indian fishermen, according to a statement. The Italian government called on the Indian supreme court, scheduled to rule on the charges next Monday, to "decide on reasonable charges" in line "with the judgment of January 18," when the same court "ruled out the application of the anti-terrorism law".
