Marchionne says will stay on three years (see previous).

(ANSA) - Turin, January 29 - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles CEO Sergio Marchionne said Wednesday he would stay on for another three years before putting the world No.7 carmaker into safe hands from "within the group" for its continuing challenges. Marchionne said he had a "good team" and it would not be "correct to choose someone from outside".

"The challenges will not fall away," said Marchionne, who hatched the audacious idea to take over the Detroit No.3 amid the US economic crisis five years ago.
