'Clarence Seedorf chosen to coach AC Milan' (ANSA) - Milan, January 13 - AC Milan has chosen Dutch midfielder Clarence Seedorf as its new coach, team sources told ANSA Monday. The move comes after the seven-time European champions sacked Massimiliano Allegri following Sunday's embarrassing 4-3 defeat at promoted Sassuolo. Seedorf left the rossoneri in 2012 and currently plays for Botafogo.

Sources said some roadblocks remain regarding his contract with the Brasileirão Serie A club, but they are not said to be insurmountable.
