1950s film ingenue Lorella De Luca dead at 73 (ANSA) - Rome, January 10 - Beloved star of the silver screen Lorella De Luca has died at 73. After making her cinematic debut in Federico Fellini's 1955 'Il Bidone' (The Swindle), De Luca had a breakout role a year later in Dino Risi's comedy Poor, But Beautiful. She became one of the era's most recognizable ingenues in films by Mario Monicelli and Spaghetti Westerns by Duccio Tessari, whom she married in 1971.
