Soccer: Berlusconi heals rift between daughter and Galliani (ANSA) - Rome, December 2 - Adriano Galliani has reversed his resignation as AC Milan CEO after club owner and Chairman Silvio Berlusconi stepped in to heal a rift between his long-time aide and his daughter Barbara Berlusconi.

Milan have struggled in the league this year and fans have pinned the blame on directors rather than coach Massimiliano Allegri.

Barbara Berlusconi, an influential board member, was reported to have complained to her father about Galliani's alleged missteps on the transfer market.

On Friday Galliani said he had had enough and was quitting after 27 years.

But Silvio Berlusconi said he had talked to both on Saturday and they would serve as joint CEOs, with different duties.
