"We cannot accept that there are shady areas or doubts," Letta told reporters in Brussels, where the issue of reported NSA spying in allied countries is set to be discussed at a summit of European leaders.
"Obviously all the checks must be made, but we want all the truth. It's not acceptable, nor imaginable, that there are activities of this type".
