Letter with bullet, 'anthrax' sent to Ligurian governor

(ANSA) - Genoa, May 10 - A white envelope addressed to the
governor of Liguria containing a bullet and black dust labelled
''anthrax'' arrived at regional government headquarters in Genoa
on Friday.The envelope intended for Governor Claudio Burlando came in the morning post and triggered an alarm as it was screened through a metal detector.
A bomb squad intervened and the envelope was seized by police.
The envelope's contents are currently being analyzed by a police forensic lab.
