Pope Francis meets Brazilian president in papal library
Religious leaders gather in Clementine Hall with pontiff

(ANSA) - Vatican City, March 20 - The day following his
inauguration, Pope Francis has scheduled meetings on Wednesday
with leading political and religious figures privately in the
papal library, Vatican sources said.At 11am the new pontiff is scheduled to meet with Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and will then meet with the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople Bartholomew I followed by the Moscow Patriarchate head Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk.
At 12 noon Pope Francis will meet with delegates from churches and ecclesial communities, international ecumenical organizations and representatives of non-Christian religions in the Clementine Hall followed by a meeting with the leader of the Latin American Jewish Congress, Claudio Epelman.
