Prandelli and players in event for anti-discrimination day

(ANSA) - Florence, March 19 - The Italian soccer squad had their picture taken Tuesday with a group of soccer-playing young asylum seekers and sons of immigrants in an event to publicise the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on Thursday.

Azzurri coach Cesare Prandelli and his players shook hands with the youngsters, some of whom were wearing shirts with the slogan Expel Racism From Soccer.
