Outgoing premier turns 70

(ANSA) - Rome, March 19 - Italian President Giorgio Napolitano on Tuesday sent Mario Monti his best wishes for the outgoing premier's 70th birthday.

In a note distributed by the Quirinale - the president's official residence - Napolitano expressed "warm, personal" greetings to Monti.
