Joe Biden 'dining with American cardinals in Rome'
Former papal contenders O'Malley, Dolan to join U.S. VP

(ANSA) - Rome, March 18 - US Vice President Joe Biden will
have dinner Monday with American cardinals still in Rome since
the conclave that elected Pope Francis, sources told ANSA.
Biden, who is in Rome to attend the inauguration of
Francis's pontificate on Tuesday, is expected to dine with
cardinals such as Sean O'Malley, the archbishop of Boston, and
Timothy Dolan, the archbishop of New York, both of whom were
considered strong candidates for pope.
