(ANSA) - Florence, March 1 - Tuscany's guarantor for minors
on Friday said she would file a report to the local prosecutor's
office against pro-vegan posters along the seaside featuring a
dismembered doll in vacuum packaging. The poster "not only offends the common sense of decency" but it also "clearly violates human rights since, while featuring a doll, and therefore a fictitious object, it is so realistic that it can generate confusion," Grazia Sestini explained.
The poster, appearing under the title "Who are you eating today?" is sponsored by Campagne per Gli Animali, a voluntary organisation working to promote veganism in Italy through nationwide events and advertising campaigns.
