Monti summons senior ministers, Bank of Italy chief

(ANSA) - Rome, February 26 - Outgoing Premier Mario Monti
called a meeting with senior ministers and the Bank of Italy
chief on Tuesday after inconclusive general election results
sparked panic on the financial markets and generated concern in
Europe.
Economy Minister Vittorio Grilli, European Affairs Minister
Enzo Moavero Milanesi and Bank of Italy Governor Ignazio Visco
were expected at the premier's office at 12pm local time.
