Pope says 'Church faced with divisions' at last public Mass
'Overcoming them would be a precious sign to outsiders'

(ANSA) - Vatican City, February 13 - Pope Benedict XVI said
on Ash Wednesday at his last public Mass as pope that "the
Church is sometimes faced with divisions in the church body".
The pontiff called on the faithful to overcome
"individualism and rivalries" as a "humble and precious sign to
those who are far from the faith".
