Drunk with chainsaw and gas can terrorizes Italian city
Children, elderly flee in horror in center of Udine

(ANSA) - Udine, February 5 - An intoxicated man brandishing
an active chainsaw in one hand and a canister of gas in the
other caused a panic in the center of the northeastern Italian
city of Udine on Tuesday.
Passersby fled in horror, scooping up children and
escorting the elderly out of the path of the 53-year-old drunk
man.
Police were able to calm the man and arrest him for public
inebriation, disturbing the peace and brandishing harmful
instruments.
