Italian dad's visitation rights violated, says Strasbourg
Human rights court says authorities did not protect father

(ANSA) - Strasbourg, January 29 - Italian authorities did
not sufficiently protect a man's rights to visit his daughter
after separating from his partner, the European Court of Human
Rights ruled on Tuesday.The court ruled that Sergio Lombardo's right to family access was violated by not being allowed to see his daughter for over seven years and by not receiving assistance from authorities facilitating regular visitations.
