(ANSA) - Genoa, January 28 - A young man is fighting for his
life after attempting to block a store robbery in Genoa's
historic centre on Monday.The Sri Lankan man tried to stop two burglars who held up a food store belonging to his friend.
The man, who has not yet been identified, took a punch in the face that violently knocked his head and provoked a brain hemorrhage.
He is in critical condition at the intensive care unit of the Galliera hospital in Genoa.
