Italy's recession may be at an end, Confindustria says
Industrialists' group sees conditions for recovery

(ANSA) - Rome, January 28 - The powerful Italian industrial
group Confindustria said on Monday that Italy's recession may
finally be reaching an end.
Confindustria's 'Situation Flash' stated that the Italian
economy "is touching the bottom of a hard recession, the second
in five years. Conditions for bouncing back have been reached
which could initiate recovery".The Confindustria also found that lost consumer confidence had compressed domestic consumption of durable goods more than would be justified by real disposable income alone.
