Two skiers found dead after avalanche near Cortina D'Ampezzo

(ANSA) - Cortina D'Ampezzo, January 25 - Rescue workers
said on Friday that both skiers missing from an avalanche in the
Dolomite mountain range near Cortina D'Ampezzo resort town in
northern Italy were found dead.The two men were on an unmarked slope when a large part of the frozen face of the Cristallo peak detached near the 'White Crest' area, sending down tons of snow and ice.
Authorities have not yet identified the men.
