Man robs pharmacies, escapes by taxi (ANSA) - Naples, January 25 - Naples police arrested a 30-year-old man on Friday who allegedly robbed several pharmacies and escaped by taxi.

Antonio Baldassarre, now under house arrest, reportedly entered two different pharmacies in the Fuorigrotta neighborhood in Naples on October 6 threatening workers by saying he was armed and the son of a Camorra mafia boss.

Video surveillance cameras filmed the man at both locations getting out and in a taxi that he used to take him to both crime scenes and then home.

Baldassarre escaped with a total of 200 euros.

Police say that the taxi driver was unaware of what was happening.
