(ANSA) - Maranello, January 25 - The UK government has
honored luxury Italian carmaker Ferrari with its Innovation in
Engineering Award in recognition of the company's excellence in
its sector.
The event, the sixth such edition, was organized by the
British government and held at the Milan Stock Exchange on
Friday.
The award was presented to Ferrari's chief engineer,
Roberto Fedeli, UK and Itlaian dignatories in attendance,
including UK Minister for Business and Enterprise Michael
Fallon, Italy's Industry Minister Corrado Passera, and British
Ambassador to Italy Christopher Prentice.
