IMF inspectors in Italy to test financial services sector
Stress tests to last all week

(ANSA) - Milan, January 21 - Inspectors from the
International Monetary Fund (IMF) began conducting stress tests
at some Italian banks on Monday.The tests, likely to continue all week, are part of a broader assessment of the stability of the country's financial institutions. Inspectors began with some of the country's largest institutions based in Milan, assessing risks as part of its regular Financial Sector Assessment Program.
