Pope's vicar denies dealings with convicted ex-butler
At VatiLeaks trial, Gabriele said they 'had dealings'

(ANSA) - Rome, October 16 - The pope's vicar vigorously
denied any association with the disgraced ex-butler, Paolo
Gabriele, who was convicted this month of stealing and copying
the pope's secret papers and leaking them to an Italian
journalist, sparking the so-called VatiLeaks furore.
"They're all lies. The truth will make its own way,"
Cardinal Angelo Comastri told ANSA on Tuesday.During the trial, Gabriele spoke of Comastri as one of the people in the Vatican with whom he had dealings.
