Syria attacks fruit of regime 'blindness' says Terzi (ANSA) - Tunis, January 6 - Bomb attacks and the slaying of protesters in Syria are the fruit of the "blindness" of the Syrian regime, Italian Foreign Minister Giulio Terzi said Friday.

Speaking in Tunisia, Terzi said: "The attacks and the bloody conflict on the ground are the result of the regime's failure to understand and follow the development of society and to open up politically".

A suicide bomber in Damascus killed 25 people and wounded 46 others Friday.
