Four drug-trafficking arrests at Milan airport
Men from Brazil, Santo Domingo, Paraguay stopped at Malpensa

(ANSA) - Varese, January 3 - Four people were arrested over
the holidays at Milan's Malpensa Airport for trying to bring
drugs into Italy concealed in their luggage or inside their
bodies, police said Tuesday.A Brazilian man, 30, came in from Fortaleza with cocaine hidden in the false bottom of his suitcase while a 42-year-old man from Santo Domingo was stopped after police found drugs in the arms of his trolley bag.
Two Paraguayans, both 20, had ingested ovules of cocaine but were spotted by X-rays.
Shipments of paper doused in liquid cocaine and thermos flasks containing the drug were stopped in the cargo area of the Milanese airport. In all, a total of 25 kg of drugs was seized, police said.
