Harbors: Piraeus, record for containers in June

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 19 LUG - The Piraeus port in Greece has
registered a new container handling record in June, the daily

The Chinese Cosco Shipping Ports stated that the Piraeus Port Authority registered the highest performance among Cosco-managed ports, with 374,300 containers handled last month, with an increase of 18.9 per cent compared the same month of 2017, Kathimerini said.
According to the Greek daily, the Piraeus port handled almost two million containers in the first half of 2018, up 18.4 percent on 2017. (ANSA).
