Covid: Slovenia, new cases keep decreasing
But hospitalisations still increasing

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 24 - For the fourth straight day
Slovenia registered a drop in new coronavirus infections.
According to official data, 941 new infections were confirmed on Thursday, down almost 18% from the same day a week ago, the Slovenian news agency STA reported today. However, hospitalisations are increasing and five more patients died, STA added. The test positivity rate yesterday was 17.2%. Yesterday, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) defined in dark-red the entire territory of Slovenia, the only country in Europe with a 14-day cumulative COVID-19 case notification rate is 500 or more.
