Kosovo: former PM Haradinaj interrogated as a suspect

(ANSA) - BELGRADE/PRISTINA, JULY 24 - The hearing of the
former Kosovo Prime Minister Ramus Haradinaj has just ended at
the Special Prosecutor's Office in the Hague. "I was summoned to
the hearing as a suspect and the prosecutor advised me not to
talk during the investigation", Haradinaj told reporters just
outside the prosecutor’s office. Then he added that he still
does not know "which role I am supposed to have played" in the
case for which he was summoned to be interrogated as a suspect,
the Pristina-based Zeri daily newspaper reported. During the
war, Haradinaj was the top commander of the separatist forces.
