(ANSA) - WARSAW, July 22 - Lech Walesa will have to apologize
to Jaroslaw Kaczynski, leader of 'Law and Justice', the main
party in Poland. The Warsaw Court of Appeal settled the
defamation lawsuit filed by Kaczynski against the historic
leader of Solidarnosc. Walesa announced he would appeal to the
Court of Cassation and the European Court for Human Rights.
Kaczynski, considered as the most influential politician in
Poland, sued Walesa who attributed to him on social media the
responsibility for the plane crash in which, in 2010,
Kaczynski's twin brother Lech, then president of the Republic of
Poland, was killed with another 95 people. (ANSA).
