(ANSA) - SOFIA (BULGARIA) - "I hope we will finish first round of Brexit negotiations and enhancing security and stability". That is the wish of Lilyana Pavlova, Minister for Bulgarian Presidency of the council of the EU 2018, who talk at SEEMF (South East Europe Media Europe), organised by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung; Central European Initiative (CEI) and South East Europe Media Organisation (SEEMO). Bulgaria will have the presidency of the Council of the EU on 2018, under the slogan "United we stand strong".

"The Presidency will start after ten years of Bulgaria entrance in EU - remembered Pavlova - in a very special moment of crisis, turbolences. EU needs more solidariety and debates about its future. Bulgaria is ready for this task".

Four are the priority for Bulgaria in the agenda: future of Europe and young people - economic growth and social cohesion; security and stability in strong and united Europe; european perspective and connectivity of the Western Balkans; digital economy and skills needed for the future. Lilyana Pavlova explained particularly that 'connectivity' means "rail, air, energy, education including Erasmus plus, digitalisation".
