Migrants: Cerar, new Schengen directives are sufficient

25 April, 11:27On the issue of pensions, addressed by former Prime Minister Alenka Bratusek, Cerar said that the minimum guaranteed pension income will be reached gradually since the priority is now to ensure the sustainability of public finances. Security, on the other hand, was the focus of the other questions posed by representatives of the Sds opposition party, whose deputy Brank Grims has called for guarantees to avoid ''importing migrants while our businesses are leaving the country''.
Cerar has assured that border control measures, in the light of the new European Directives for Schengen countries, are sufficient to guarantee the country's security while respecting the rules of European community. (ANSA).
