(ANSA) - BERLIN - ''Sanctions against Russia are connected to the implementation of Minsk agreements. This was and will still be our approach'', said the EU High Representative Federica Mogherini in Munich. According to Mogherini, ''it is necessary to understand what else Europe can do'', in order to guarantee this implementation. (ANSA).
