(ANSA) - BELGRADE - Serbia will open the first two chapters of EU accession negotiations by end of year, and another two at the beginning of 2016, according to German ambassador to Serbia, Axel Dittmann, who confirmed some rumors which had circulated in the Balkan country in recent weeks. The diplomat did not specify which chapters will be opened, but on several occasions he talked about chapter 35 (Kosovo) and 32 (finance) this year, and 23 and 24 (justice, security, human rights) next year. Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said he was very satisfied with the statement issued by the representative of Angela Merkel's government, speaking of ''good news''. He even pointed out that this step means that all the good things done by Serbia in the field of reforms and dialogue with Pristina have been recognised. Vucic and Dittmann took part today in the opening ceremony, held in Nis, of a new manufacturing plant financed with German capital. (ANSA).
