Greece : Minister, in May, wages-pensions will be paid
Stratoulis rules out payment using virtual currency

(ANSA) - ROME - In May, the Greek State will pay salaries and
pensions as usual, according to Deputy Social Security Minister
Dimitris Stratoulis, who spoke on Skai TV . Stratoulis called
''rubbish'' some rumours concerning an hypothetical payment of
salaries and pensions using a ''virtual currency'' and
reiterated that the government ''will make the reforms that our
people need, not those which are requested by creditors'': thus,
there will be neither cuts in wages and pensions, nor new taxes
or sales of assets in accordance with the creditors
instructions. (ANSA).
