Gas: Zelensky,in favor of Tanap/Tap, capacity to be expanded
'We have decided to examine the options to expand it'

(ANSA) - MOSCOW, DECEMBER 17 - Ukraine supports the Southern
Gas Corridor, or SGC, which will bring gas to Turkey (through
Tanap) and then to Italy (through Tap) from Azerbaijan. That is
what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said during his
visit to Azerbaijan.
"We have decided to examine the options to expand it: this is
important if we want to diversify gas supplies to European
consumers," said Zelensky in a post on Telegram.
The Ukrainian leader asked to use the transport potential of
the countries in the region and develop infrastructure for this
purpose. Interfax reported. (ANSA).
