(ANSA) - BELGRADE, AUGUST 21 - The American multinational
PepsiCo and Mattoni 1873, the largest producer of mineral and
spring water in the Czech Republic, formally became the owners
of Serbian mineral water producer Knjaz Milos, the Serbian news
agency Beta reported.
The ownership contract, agreed in spring, was finalized on
Tuesday at the Czech Republic embassy in Belgrade, while the
cost of the operation was not made public.
Knjaz Milos is one of the most important non-alcohol beverage
producers in Serbia, with more than 800 employees and an
expected turnover of 70 million euros this year, local media
reported. (ANSA).
