KMV: to Assume PepsiCo in Slovakia, Czechia and Hungary

Its current portfolio includes brands such as Mattoni, Magnesia, Aquila and Podebradka, a total of eleven plants and 2,400 employees, Tasr also reported. By assuming PepsiCo's branches, KMV has taken over three companies with two plants and another 900 employees in total. As part of the deal, KMV has acquired several well-known brands, including Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up and Lay's. (ANSA).
