Bulgaria: outsourcing sector growing, 2.1 bn euros in 2017
More than 67,000 employees, 2.4% of labour force

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOVEMBER 2 - The outsourcing sector is
growing in Bulgaria, according to new data from the Bulgarian
Outsourcing Association.
In 2017, the outsourcing industry formed 4.8% of the country's annual gross domestic product (GDP) compared with 4.2% in 2016.
Last year, the sector value reached 2.1 billion euros. Around 67,300 people work in the outsourcing sector, which represents 2.4% of the labor market in Bulgaria. The number of employees is expected to grow to 79,000 by 2021. (ANSA).
