Kremlin, tension after Zakharchenko death

(ANSA) - DONETSK (UKRAINE), 1 SET - In connection with the death of Alexander Zakharchenko, Dmitry Trapeznikov was appointed acting head of the DPR according to the local media.

Trapeznikov has until now been deputy chairman of the council of ministers of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.

Chief of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko, died in the hospital following an explosion in the 'Separ' restaurant in the pro-Russian rebels stronghold of Donetsk.

Alexander Zakharchenko's death takes tensions in the area and do not help the implementation of Minsk agreements, Interfax press agency reported, quotind the words of Kremlin's spokesman Dmitri Peskov. (ANSA).
