Serbia: 1 bln USD from China company for tire factory
Shandong Linglong Tire investment in Zrenjanin

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 21 AGO - The Chinese company Shandong
Linglong Tire, one of the leading tire producers in the world,
is planning a investment of almost one billion US dollars in the
construction of a tire factory near the town of Zrenjanin, in
Serbia, local media reported.
The new plant will be built in three stages, starting next year and finishing the works by 2025. The total investment should reach 994 million dollars. Shandong Linglong is aiming at producing 13 million high-quality tires at the Serbian plant each year. (ANSA).
